Care guide
Caring for your marble lamp
Marble is a natural stone with its own veining and tone, so no two lamps are exactly alike. A little care keeps it looking its best for years.
Everyday cleaning
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. For marks, use a cloth that is only slightly damp and dry the stone straight away.
What to avoid
- Acidic cleaners, vinegar or citrus based products
- Abrasive sponges or powders
- Leaving spills or water standing on the stone
Shades and electrics
Always switch off and unplug your lamp before cleaning. Use a soft brush or a lint roller on fabric shades, and only use bulbs that match the type and wattage listed on the product page.
Natural variation
Small differences in colour, veining and tiny natural pits are part of what makes marble unique and are not considered defects.
