Electrical parts and faults: every Marbly light carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, LED failure and remote malfunction under normal use.

If your light stops working under normal use within two years of delivery because of a covered warranty issue, we will send a free replacement with no shipping costs. To make a claim, email info@getmarbly.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidents or normal wear. Full details are in our warranty policy.

Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped with DHL where available and include free insured DHL shipping, so your lamp is protected against loss or damage in transit.

Our order processing time is 0 to 1 business day. Orders placed before 4:00 PM UK time, Monday to Saturday, begin processing the same day.

Delivery:

Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain and other EU countries: usually 6 to 10 business days. United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia: usually 8 to 13 business days. Large, oversized or fragile pieces can take 10 to 25 business days; where this applies, the estimate is shown on the product page.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@getmarbly.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Items must be unused, not installed and returned with all parts, ideally in the original packaging. For change-of-mind returns the return shipping is paid by the customer.
